If you're looking to convert a motorcycle to electric power but do not own a BMW, we have an alternative solution for you. Our DIY EV motorcycle conversion kit comes with all the proven components needed to build your own electric vehicle, ensuring safety and reliability.

Base Kit Components:

• QS138 90H motor, CE approved + sprocket 14T 428 chain
• Fardriver ND961200, CE approved + wiring harness for controller + waterproof connectors.
• 72-12V 20A DCDC converter.
• Power relay 72V 40A.
• Throttle actuator (Hall-based).
• Weipu WY20 Male + Female connector.
• 2x Terminal covers 50mm2 (RED + BLACK).
• 3x Terminal cover 25mm2 For motor phase cables.
• Throttle with cable.
• Fuse holder + 30A fuse for charging circuit.
• contact Key 12V
• 3meter of orange isolated powercable 50mm2 + cable eye connector m8.
• 3meter of orange isolated high voltage cable 2.5mm2 + cable eye connectors m6+m8
• Base wire schematic for EV conversion.
• 3D CAD files including: the motor, controller, battery pack, converter, relay, throttle actuator and connectors.

Additional Options:

• LMC modular Batterypack 72V 2.6kWh per pack (connect up to 8 packs in parallel, connector sets and extra cable included)
• SOC display showing: state of charge %, Volts, Amps. (will come when 1 battery pack is combined with this kit)
• 72V 15A Fast charger set up for our batterypacks. (will come prepared with weipu connector for LMC batterypacks)
